Tony Daggett
Founder of ARDInsights. 20 years building and running data and model systems across banking, funds, AI, and the nonprofit sector.
The assessment exists because I've sat on both sides of it. I've built the data foundations AI depends on: entity resolution, reconciliation, lineage, warehouse and lakehouse architecture. And I've watched well-modeled systems fail through the one question nobody posed. That second experience is what clients are actually buying.
The 20 years before ARDInsights were spent building. At Fidelity, I built default-probability models and the risk infrastructure that watched $70–120B in trading exposures. At Semanteon Capital, I designed systematic trading strategies based on machine learning algorithms, ran them with live capital, and built the data platform they sat on.
At Commsafe AI, I built NLP and LLM systems that flagged high-risk communications in real time; the work generated $3.1M in funding. At Enterprise Community Partners, I led data engineering and advanced analytics for a 1,200-person national nonprofit and cut time-to-reporting from hours to under 30 minutes.
ARDInsights started in 2022 as an advisory practice. In 2026 it became the whole job. The senior principal does the work: the person on the intro call is the person who reads your data dictionaries, interviews your teams, and writes the verdicts. Miami-based, remote-capable, and on-site when the work requires it.
